I bought a pair of Replay jeans about a year ago and today the top button just popped right out, and yeah, I know we could joke about that but really, it´s not because I am fat. Even if you would call me that, it´s not the reason, ok? :]
Actually, I find it quite annoying that the degree of quality has dropped to what is currently “normal" when you buy jeans that cost you about 2K SEK and the quality is so poor that after a year, if you still have them they are full with holes and are completely worn out. Now the buttons start to jump out seemingly at random. Next time I´ll buy crap jeans, at least then I can afford to buy another pair when they explode.
This time I had to find a solution quickly as I was at work while it happened. My solution was to clip a PDM (Personal Dosimeter) to the top of my jeans and thus, holding them up. I liked the solution to the extent that I decided that I will make a belt buckle out of it.
Yesterday, myself and Thomas brought the ION BlockRocker with us to Sannabacken so that we could listen to music while riding the sledge down the newly ploughed downhill ice path. We listened to Bob Marley and played in the snow. It was a quite new experience and probably not what the rasta man had originally intended or expected when he wrote his songs. I found the track “Soul Rebel" to be particularly ironic during the circumstances.
Unfortunately for me, I was hit by a nine year olds knees as he was riding down the hill and today I am really sore in the leg he hit. I can only hope it doesn´t affect my play today at the Unfors indoor bandy.
